Do you ship across India?
Yes. RaniMahal currently ships within India, and standard shipping is free with no minimum order value.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your PIN code, destination and courier.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery is not currently available. Orders are paid online at checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose from the sizes currently shown on each product page. If you are unsure, WhatsApp +91 9711 411 658 with the product link and the size you usually wear, and we will help you choose from the stock available.
What is included with each outfit?
The pieces included are stated on the individual product page. Please check the product description before ordering, as the contents vary by style.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery when unworn, unused, tagged and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions and address. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full terms.
What if I want to see the garment before ordering?
Contact us on WhatsApp and ask about the piece you are considering. Where additional real-garment photographs are available, we can share them with you before you order.
Are any model images AI-generated?
Some product pages use model images generated from photographs of the actual garment. Those product pages disclose this clearly. The garment shown is the product being offered, but the person modelling it is not real.
